Pastinaca sativa

Lange, gelblich - weiße Wurzeln und starkes Laub. Frosthart, kann bis im Frühjahr im Boden bleiben. Vorsicht vor Mäusefraß. Enger Stand führt zu vielen dünnen Wurzeln, zu weit werden sie schwammig.

ab Februar

Kultur
Nicht zusätzlich düngen und nicht zu weit stellen, da die Wurzeln sonst zu gross werden. Langsame Keimung.
