Keimsprossen – die gesunden Pflanzensprossen

Würzige Keimsprossen lassen sich auf Fensterbank, Balkon und im Garten leicht selber ziehen. Die knackigen Zöglinge sind echte Vitaminbomben, die nicht nur im Winter für ein intaktes Immunsystem gut sind. Die Keimsprossen sind sehr gesund.
