Hervorragend schmeckende Auskernbohne. Frisch ausgekernte Samen sind eine Delikatesse, können jedoch wie andere Borlotti - Bohnen getrocknet werden. Auskernbohnen sind robust, benötigen für die Ausreife aber genügend Wärme.
