Cichorium intybus

Einheitliche, kompakte Köpfe mit 18 - 22 cm Höhe. Tiefroter Treviso mit viel Weiß Anteil. 80 - 90 Tage nach der Pflanzung kann geerntet werden. Die Köpfe halten sich im Kühllager gut bis Mitte Februar.

Kultur
Erde tief lockern und grobkrümelig belassen. Nicht zu tief säen. Später evtl. anhäufeln. Düngung ist meist nicht nötig. Staunässe und feuchte Bodenbearbeitung vermeiden.
